- Opening times – Open daily (except Christmas Day) – 10am to 5pm (extended hours for special events)

- Tickets – Book online in advance for best prices – we can include discounted tickets in your stay package

- Getting there – Just 10 minutes’ drive from our yurts, or we can arrange accessible transport for guests

- Accessibility – Fully wheelchair and pushchair friendly, with mobility scooters and wheelchairs available to hire

- Food & drink – Multiple cafes and restaurants on site, plus plenty of picnic spots

- Dog policy – Dogs are not allowed inside the zoo, but we can arrange pet-sitting with a trusted local provider during your visit.
