Self Checking Information
1. Arrival:
- Upon arrival, check-in is self-service. You will find a map of the retreat site at the entrance, highlighting your designated pitch.
- Please choose an available pitch for your tent. Each pitch is marked with a solar light and has stone markers in front for easy identification.
Tent Information
2. Tent Size Limit:
- Each tent pitch accommodates a maximum of four people. Please ensure that your group size adheres to this limit for the comfort and safety of all guests
3. Check-In Time:
- Check-in is available from 3PM to 7Pm. Unfortunately, no check-ins will be permitted after 7 PM, so please plan your arrival accordingly.
Shared Facilities

- Showers and restrooms are shared facilities. We kindly ask that you keep these areas clean and tidy at all times to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
5. Cleanliness:
- As a community, it’s important to maintain a clean environment. Please dispose of any trash properly and respect shared spaces.

- Zero Tolerance Drug Policy:
Chester Charm Retreats has a strict no drugs policy. This includes the use of recreational drugs and substances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from the premises.
Use of Candle
Candle Use:
To ensure the safety of all guests and the natural surroundings, candles are not permitted in tents. Please consider using battery-operated lights instead.
- Quiet Hours:
To foster a serene atmosphere, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This helps everyone enjoy the tranquility of nature.
Respect for Nature:
We encourage guests to respect the natural beauty of our retreat site . Please avoid disturbing wildlife and stay on designated paths.
- Security Cameras:
For the safety and security of all guests, our retreat is monitored by security cameras in common areas. This helps us ensure a safe environment for everyone.
