A  Chester Charm representative will meet you on arrival at your  yurt or apartment to show you around. Our representatives are there to handover your keys and answer any questions you may have about your stay. 

All yurts and caravans  are fully serviced each week . This includes a new linens, bathrooms and kitchen cleaning, and a general tidy, dust, and vacuum of the accommodation.

For Yurt & Caravan glamping experience, Laundry services  can be arranged for additional cost.

Self catering kitchens facility  are fully equipped with the necessary crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils for both general food preparation .

All  Yurts  and caravans are equipped for a pleasant stay.

Complimentary parking available. Please enquire at the time of booking (subject to availability).

For those who intend to make the most out of their stay: 

Breakfast includes Full English, with breads, jams and spreads, and packets of biscuits. Please specify any dietary requirements beforehand.

Celebration packs include fine quality essential oil , herbal tea, scented fragrance , fresh flowers  and some bathing essentials. This can be arranged .
